I think I’m the last one who is writing the post with this theme.
I just want to show you my team. I want to show you people with who I will work through this year. They all are incredible. And I’m thankful to God that I have such a beautiful team for this period of my life.
First time I get some information about them was in the end of April. That time all I knew was that there’s five more people, and that they all are Americans. I can’t say that I expected something different... but I was just scared. One of my American friends in Russia said that they might be kinda skeptical because I was Russian. So about two month I was praying for them, so we could build good relationships as a team. Jill also said their names, so I was trying to find anybody in social media, but they just don’t have any of them.
Then, in June, we finally met up with them on Zoom. I was really scared about how they will accept me. I was praying for them a lot even I didn’t know any of them. After that meeting we made a team chat. And then we started to grow together. We became a good team. But also we became a family. And now I’m so glad that I have them so we can talk, pray together and just be ourselves.
So there are they: Dani, Sully, Hannah,Ester and Gabriel. (I put them in our age order, cause once we decided to make a siblings’ chart, and I’m the third haha)
Dani: I see her like a person of sun. She always smiles, she’s very open to talk, or help, or anything. I like the way she cares about others. Dani has a big heart for people, she is a great person, and I would love to get to know her better.
Sully: he’s the tallest one it the team. (he’s 6’2, when I’m just 5’1). He loves to play guitar to worship the God. He is very open to everyone on our team. I want to see how our friendship will develop through all the situations that we will face.
Hannah: she’s a person who wants to know everything. When we were first time as prayer partners she asked me a bunch of questions! She‘s so sweet, she isn’t afraid to show her feelings. She also cares about everyone and everything. I really appreciate that we can be in one team and work together for His glory.
Ester: she’s the person who makes you feel comfortable in any situation. The way she’s trying to do anything she could for help others is so lovely. She has a beautiful heart for serving people. I want to see how God will provide people through her.
Gabriel: he was the only one close to my location (we had only 2 hours difference). He’s such a great artist. He’s fun and into Scandinavian humor. He knows Arabic language cause he used to live somewhere there (I forgot the name of the country, so maybe later I’ll edit this post with it’s name)
I want you to pray for us as a team, so we can build stronger relationships than we have now; that we can be a good example of God’s love for others.
